The Exhibits Committee is responsible for planning the Exhibits program. Providing adequate accessible space for Exhibits is the responsibility of the Local Arrangements Committee. The demand for exhibit space is variable, but currently ICASSP needs space for about 100 exhibit booths. Planning the exhibits space and location should be done very early, definitely before the contract with the hotel is finalized. The Exhibits are an important technical and financial aspect of ICASSP. The Exhibits hall(s) must be sited adjacent to the technical lecture or poster areas to ensure adequate cross flow of attendees.
