If some of the hotels are not walking distance to the ICASSP site, arrange for shuttle bus service to the outlying hotels. Special arrangements for transportation from the airport to the ICASSP site or hotels may be helpful. Special mass transit passes or information should be included in the registration packets if applicable. Check on the parking arrangements for attendees and make special arrangements for long term parking if there are space or expense problems.
