The Registration Chairperson is responsible for all aspects of ICASSP registration. This chairperson is responsible for collecting the appropriate fee from each participant, for recruiting an adequate staff to handle on-site ICASSP registration, and for providing an accounting of all registrants and registration fees. If the registration service is contracted out, then the Registration Chairperson is responsible for specifying and overseeing all contractual arrangements. The Registration Chairperson will need to work closely with both the Local Arrangements Chairperson and the Finance Chairperson. The Registration Chairperson designs the registration forms and submits them to the Publicity Chairperson for distribution. The Registration Chairperson often works closely with the local chapter or IEEE section.
