The International Liaison Chairpersons are responsible for planning for international participation in the ICASSP Technical Program and Social Program. Often, there may be several International Liaison Chairpersons, with responsibilities divided geographically. These Chairpersons should take the lead in exploring economical and efficient means of travel to to the ICASSP from abroad.
