7.7 PUBLICATIONS EXPENSE

The expense of publishing the Proceedings depends directly on the number of pages published. A policy that limits both the number of papers to be accepted and maximum paper length is needed in order to properly budget this expense. Historically the maximum paper length has been four pages. All budget reports should explicitly state what limits have been set. Any changes in the number of pages is a change to the ICASSP budget, and needs prior Conference Board approval.
