Below is the current revision history. Many people have contributed to this manual since the first ICASSP. They all deserve credit for thoughtful comments and time spent to make ICASSP one of the most successful technical conferences.
The revision history is meant to keep track of major changes in the document format. It does not serve as a summary of policy changes by IEEE or the SPS Conference Board.
Any exceptions to the stated policy must be presented to the SP Society Conference Board for approval at least eighteen months prior to the data of the ICASSP.
