Once a paper is accepted the corresponding author must be sent the Author's
Kit. This kit includes the ICASSP presentation standards, developed by the
Conference Board. These presentation standards may not be changed without
the permission of the Conference Board. (Except for minor changes needed to
match the instructions to the arrangements for your technical program.) If
you have suggestions for improvement, please submit them to the Conference
Board.
The author kits sent to authors of accepted should submission should
the following:
- 1.
- A letter specifying the final submission deadline, whether
the session is a poster or lecture session, the release date
(to avoid patent problems), and a list of enclosures.
- 2.
- A separate letter of ``invitation'' appropriate for use in
obtaining visas.
- 3.
- An IEEE copyright form.
- 4.
- A registration form.
- 5.
- Instructions for preparing and submitting the final paper.
- 6.
- The ICASSP Presentation Guidelines, including the example
presentations and an updated list of the standard audio and
visual equipment formats.
