It has been suggested that ICASSP committees provide for professional conversion of draft visuals to uniform posters for poster sessions. Such conversion would improve the quality and save transporting posters.
Assistants to operate the audio-visual equipment must be recruited
and trained. Interested university students are often the best choices.
This should be coordinated with the Local Arrangements Committee.
