The review procedure for contributed sessions is outlined in the Conference Manual. All papers are to be reviewed by a Technical Committee, or, with the approval of the Conference Board, by ad hoc sub-committees chosen by the Technical Program Chairperson after consultation with the Technical Committees. The Chairperson shall work with the Committees to determine the schedule and details of the review process and shall submit them for approval to the Conference Board at the meeting held at the prior ICASSP.
