The Technical Program Chairperson shall decide how many sessions each Technical Committee may organize, select Session Chairpersons (or delegate that function to the Technical Committees), and make room and time assignments. Each Technical Committee shall review its share of the proposals, determine which papers are to be accepted and how they are to be organized into sessions, and recommend session chairpersons.
